• Google Ads API: For retrieving keyword metrics and volumes in the Keyword Planner App. Access is granted via OAuth and limited to the features you authorise. Tokens are encrypted and stored securely.

We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is stored securely and is protected from unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse.

• Encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive information, including OAuth tokens.
• Role-based access controls for staff accounts.
• Usage logs retained for operational and audit purposes, then aggregated or deleted after a defined period.

Only authorised team members of ZCMarketing can access form submission data, subscriber information, and Keyword Planner App data.

• Request deletion of your data (unless we are required to retain it for legal or operational purposes)
