From physical placement to useful action

Give every scan a clear next step.

Create a QR code for your next flyer, product insert or event. Choose a useful destination, add campaign tags if you need them, then test the finished artwork before it goes out.

Create your QR code

QR Code Generator

Build the code. Keep control of the destination.

Generate a PNG or SVG in your browser. Optional branding and campaign tags are available inside the tool.

01 / A destination worth sharing

Create a QR code

Advanced settings

PNG only, up to 5 MB and 4096 × 4096 pixels. Your logo stays in this tab and is never uploaded or saved by us. It is included in your downloaded files.

Keep the code darker than its background. We require at least 4.5:1 contrast, but always scan-test the downloaded code at its intended print size.

02 / Ready for print or screen

Your QR code

Enter a URL to create your code.

This code points directly to your URL. To change the destination, generate a new code. Files are created in your browser; there is no scan tracking or hosted redirect.

Add campaign tracking

01 / Campaign details

Build a trackable link

Advanced options

Merge keeps existing values unless a filled field replaces them. Campaign IDs and dynamic placeholders retain their original spelling.

Custom UTM parameters

Use names beginning with utm_. Custom parameters may need additional reporting configuration.

02 / Your campaign link

Ready to share

These popup inputs are not saved. Use the button below to return the link to your QR code.

Make it useful

Start with the placement, not the code.

A scan is a small commitment. Tell people what they will get, and send them straight to it.

Product packaging

Help someone use what they just bought.

Link to the right setup guide, care instructions or product support page—not a broad homepage.

Printed campaign

Make the offer easy to act on.

Match the landing page to the promise on the flyer. Keep the offer details and next action easy to find on a phone.

Event or venue

Remove the next bit of friction.

Give people the menu, event details or booking information they came for. Test it on the connection they are likely to use.

A worked example

One workshop. Two placements. Clearer reporting.

Illustrative campaign: both placements lead to the same workshop page. Different source labels help distinguish visits when your analytics collects campaign parameters.

The promise on the print

Explore the workshop.
Find your next session.

Give the code a reason to be scanned. Keep the destination specific and the action clear.

Before you move on

The artwork is only ready after a real scan.

  1. Keep breathing room

Preserve the blank border around the code. Keep surrounding text and artwork out of it.

  2. Test the exported file

Scan the actual PNG or SVG in the finished layout, at its intended size, with more than one phone. Re-test after adding a logo or changing colours.

  3. Check the complete journey

Open the destination on mobile, follow its main action and check that the content is still relevant before distributing the print run.

Your questions

Before it goes to print.

Can I change the destination after printing?

The encoded URL is fixed. This generator does not host an editable redirect. You can change content at a URL you control, but changing the encoded address requires a new code.

Does the generator track scans?

No. It creates files in your browser. Campaign tags can label visits in your own analytics setup; they do not turn this tool into a scan counter.

Should I use PNG or SVG?

SVG can scale for a print layout. PNG is useful for documents and screen use. Whichever you choose, scan-test the exported artwork rather than relying on the on-screen preview.

Will my QR code stop working after a set time?

The generated static code has no expiry timer. It continues to encode the same address, but the destination must remain available. If a domain or page is removed, the code cannot repair the broken journey.

Can I add a logo without affecting scanning?

A logo changes the code's visual pattern and can reduce scanning reliability. Use the available branding controls carefully and test the exported artwork at the final size on several phones before printing.

Make the page after the scan work harder.

A QR code gets someone to the page. We can help make the offer, mobile experience and enquiry path worth the visit.
